Orders & Shipping
We only ship within the United States at the moment and cannot accept any orders outside of the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed & shipped out within 4 business days. If your order is delayed for some unforeseen reason, we will notify you by email.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 states in the United States. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and usually should arrive within 2-3 business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95 per order. You should receive the USPS tracking information once your order is shipped.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Try our product for 30 days and if you're not satisfied with the results, send the empty box back to us for a full refund less shipping costs. See terms below:
  • You must use the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund.
  • You must request a return approval before returning the product. Please send request to support@omegasupremeorganics.com.
  • We don't refund shipping costs for items returned for reasons other than being damaged or defective before arriving.
  • You will be responsible for repackaging and return shipping costs.
Returns of Damaged or Opened Products Upon Delivery
If you find a product has been damaged or opened when delivered, you must return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Please take a photo and email it to us at support@omegasupremeorganics.com. Once we investigate and approve, you can then return the item for an exchange or refund.
  • We offer a full refund on the return shipping costs for damaged or opened products. Otherwise you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We don't refund shipping costs for items retuned for reasons other than being damaged or opened before arriving. We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent.
  • Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject a refund less shipping.
